Tariq is the Principal Scheduler and Project Controls Consultant at SPS, with more than 11 years of experience delivering scheduling, project controls, and time impact/schedule impact analysis services for complex transportation, commercial, industrial, transmission line, energy, and infrastructure projects.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Master's degree in Construction Management, Tariq provides advanced project analytics and data-driven insights that support informed decision-making, effective risk management, and successful project delivery.

 Ajmal Amini is a Senior Planning Engineer at SPS with more than 12 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and project controls across commercial, industrial, and residential developments. He has also contributed to the successful delivery of large-scale water, infrastructure, and energy projects across multiple continents.

Ajmal holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering and is recognized for his expertise in developing and managing project plans & schedules, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the successful execution of complex projects through effective planning and schedule management.

Our Construction Manager has successfully supported transportation, utility relocation, roadway, transmission line, substation, energy and infrastructure projects from planning through completion. With extensive experience in project controls services, CPM scheduling, cost monitoring, and stakeholder coordination, he has contributed to infrastructure project scheduling and management for projects valued between $1M and $129M.
